Bhaskara Advanced Solar Energy Fellowship Programme 2014

Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India is inviting applications for awarding Bhaskara Advanced Solar Energy Fellowship Programme 2014.

Fellowship Details
The Fellowship Programme is for Indian students and scientists to gain exposure and access to world-class research facilities in leading U.S. institutions. There are 7 fellowships available for a minimum 3 months and up to 12 months. The fellowship includes a monthly stipend, return airfare and contingency allowance.

Eligibility 

• The candidate should have the following eligibility criteria:
• Indian citizen with a PhD in Science, Engineering or Technology
• Applicants must provide proof of independent research work in internationally recognized academic journals.
• Open only to applicants working in the field of Solar Energy

Age: Up to 40 years as on 31 December 2013
A permanent position in a public-funded R and D Laboratory/S and T institution or recognized academic institution in India.
