National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur, invites applications for Project Assistantship 2013 to work in a project titled: “Development of a Remedial Scheme for the Contaminated Ground Water Specially for Pesticides, Nitrate and Arsenic with Surface Modified Nanoscale Zero Valent Iron (nZVI) and Nano-Fenton’s Oxidation” at the Department of Chemistry funded by SERB, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Fellowship Details
The assistantship will cover Rs.10,000/- per month.
Eligibility
Candidates holding M.Sc. /M.Tech. (Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Science and Technology, Geology), Minimum marks 6.5 CGPA or 60% in all level from recognized University or Institute.
Preference will be given for the candidate having research experience in water or ground water characterization and treatment.
